A published legal writer and seasoned litigator, Andy Felser has handled hundreds of court appearances, depositions and trials in state and federal courts over the course of 34 years, collectively involving a wide range of legal issues. His fields of knowledge and experience are diverse, with emphasis on laws governing business relationships and business-related wrongful conduct. Rebecca Mastel is a litigation associate. Before attending law school, she gained real-world experience working for the human resources department of a for-profit education corporation. Her employment law experience to date includes conducting investigations for Title VII and ADA violations, as well as other workplace complaints. During her final year in law school, she interned for the Hon. Robert McGahey in the civil division of the Denver District Court. She has a passion for the law and a love for the excitement of trial work.
